Nebraska State Coordinator, Elise Attanasio
All believing women, you are welcome here!
Hello! I’m Elise, a mom of five grown children and Nana to three grandchildren in Lincoln. This fall I begin my 4th year serving as your state coordinator for Nebraska. My goal for all women is to experience one accord, Spirit-led prayer and the sweet joy and peace that results from releasing our children to God. Together, we will pray for this young generation to turn their hearts to Jesus!
COVID-19 posed challenges, with school interrupted and many of our traditions and daily routines taken away. It has been hard on parents and children alike. We have been driven to respond in deeper prayer and have seen God respond to specific needs. This is an open time for us to reach out in unity, invite and let others know of the BLESSINGS of being in a Moms in Prayer group. As God hears our cry and moves on our behalf, we pray that every Nebraska school will one day be covered in prayer.
I would love to hear from you. If you’re not in a Moms in Prayer group yet, you need to get connected! Experience another mom praying for your child and the joy of seeing God at work in your child’s school.

My Moms in Prayer Story
One of my favorite stories of God’s grace is when my three youngest children were transferring to a new elementary school and were nervous about getting new teachers. There was tremendous anxiety. I joined a Moms in Prayer group and the weekly hour of prayer became not only a blessing for the kids, but for me too! They all adjusted and thrived. I am eternally grateful to God and the teachers and staff who worked with us over all those years.
For over twenty years I have prayed and seen the mighty hand of God at work in my children, our school and our state. Where there is a Moms in Prayer group, there is fruit. Lives and relationships are changed and amazing answers to prayer are happening. It is a privilege to lead and encourage all moms in Nebraska to lift their children in prayer for salvation so this generation will love and serve Jesus!
On the day I called, You answered me. You made me bold with strength in my soul. Psalm 138:3 (TLV)
