One of the very best things that ever happened to me was joining my first elementary school Moms in Prayer group about 25 years ago. Learning and applying this life-changing Four Step strategy of prayer pointed me to The Prize—a far richer, deeper, more comprehensive relationship with and knowledge of my Savior. Subsequently I led a middle school group for thirteen years, and also prayed with fellow moms for high school, college and beyond.

I currently lead a church-based group where women of all ages and stages find a safe and impactful place to intercede for young loved ones anywhere in the world. Over and over, trust and hope have replaced worry and tears as we brought our greatest visions and deepest fears for our children before the Throne. The reward of our labors is summarized in Psalm 112:6-8 (NIV), “Surely the righteous will never be shaken,.. They will have no fear of bad news; their hearts are steadfast, trusting in the Lord. Their hearts are secure, they will have no fear; in the end they will look in triumph on their foes.”

After serving in state and regional leadership for a dozen years, the Lord called me to promote the mission and vision of Moms in Prayer across the USA in summer of 2015. As USA Team Director I recruit, train, equip and support the USA Team whose varied roles strongly advance the goals of both state leadership and headquarters. To put it simply, everyone runs farther and faster toward our common goal of every school covered because of the specialized ministries of the USA Team!

With my husband, Rod, I have raised six children and continue to mother others that the Lord brings into my life.
