North Carolina State Coordinator, Jayme Kirk

North Carolina women! I welcome you and encourage you to experience the joy, love, and encouragement that comes from being a part of a Moms in Prayer group. Invest your time in the lives of your children or those you love. It is never too early or too late to start praying! Join me in this ministry of hope.
Meditate with me on the words in 1 Corinthians 15:57-58, “But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.”
Help me pray that more women would gather to pray for our children and schools in North Carolina, impacting their communities and world for Christ!

My Moms in Prayer Story
The first time I heard about Moms in Prayer was at Missions Day at my church. My local area coordinator had a table set up there. She wonderfully shared how we could gather as moms to pray for our children and schools, releasing the stress and anxious thoughts that burden us. So, I started a group right away with one other mom! God was faithful to bring others to pray with us for the schools in our area. And, it’s such a God thing that, in the following years, I was able to host that same Moms in Prayer table at my church, continuing to share the vision that all schools be covered in prayer!
My favorite Scripture verse and one I cling to, is Ephesians 3:20, “Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us…”
I have been married to John since 2009 and we have two teenage boys, Cooper and Cade. We enjoy activities together in the “great outdoors” from the mountains to the coast!
