Robin Elliott,
State Coordinator

Our family moved from Minnesota to Idaho in 1999 and I’ve had the privilege of praying in a Moms in Prayer group since 2004. There is nothing like the bond that is formed when praying with other moms. When we start our hour praising God for who He is, we have new perspective on our own circumstances.

My husband, John, and I have been married for almost 30 years. As our two adult children left for college, I began praying for new direction in serving God. When I was asked to pray about the role of state coordinator, I knew this was the Lord’s answer.

Paul’s words from Colossians 2:6-7 have become my personal prayer as well as my prayer for each mom in Idaho. “So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in Him, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.” It is a blessing to connect with other moms in Idaho who share this same love for God and a passion for prayer. It is also a joy to encourage others in their walk with God.
