Meals will still be provided by Ridgecrest Conference Center. Please call them at 800.588.7222 between the hours of 9 am – 4 pm EST, Monday – Friday to reserve your meal package. The meal package is only $65 for (5) meals from Friday dinner to Sunday breakfast.
Anyone not lodging at Ridgecrest ( i.e. you’re staying at a hotel, renting an AirBnB, coming from home, etc.) is required to pay a one-time $25 Campus Usage Fee. Please pay this fee when you purchase a meal package.
Flying In?
We recommend flying into the Asheville Regional Airport. Ridgecrest Conference Center is a short 30 minute drive from the airport. Transportation to the Conference Center will not be provided. It will be your responsibility to rent a car, call an Uber, or catch a ride with a friend.
Important Update
A Real ID is required to travel domestically beginning May 7, 2025. In order to experience smooth travels, please ensure you have either a REAL ID or an official, non-expired passport.

Ridgecrest is located 15 miles east of Asheville, North Carolina, on Interstate 40 at Exit 66. The Conference center is approximately 30 miles from the Asheville Regional Airport.
