Mountain Division Coordinator, Robin Elliott
Welcome to the Mountain Division of Moms in Prayer! Our states of Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming cover many miles but we are drawn closer as we pray together in Moms in Prayer.
As we pray scripturally for our children and schools each week, we also learn more about God and grow in our relationship with Him. Our hearts are encouraged when we hear another mom pray for our child by name. Our faith is strengthened as we share our answers to prayer.
It is a blessing to connect with women in the Mountain Division who share this same love for God and a passion for prayer. It is also a joy to encourage women in their walk with God and to connect them with other moms and grandmas in their area. What a privilege to pray together that every child and school in our states will be covered in prayer.
Paul’s words from Colossians 2:6-7 have become my personal prayer as well as my prayer for each of you. “So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in Him, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.”
Experience another mom praying for your child and the joy of seeing God at work in your child’s school.

My Moms in Prayer Story
My husband, John, and I have been married since 1986. When our oldest started school, I heard about Moms in Prayer on the radio and joined a group for our local school. That was the beginning of an amazing journey which has led from Minnesota to Idaho and from a group member into leadership.
Through Moms in Prayer, I have learned that one hour a week can put the rest of the week’s activities into perspective. Over and over, God has multiplied my time when I put Him first. I would love for each woman in the Mountain Division to have that same experience.
When I get busy and become distracted, it is easy to lose perspective and move ahead in my own strength. But when I set aside weekly time to pray with others in a Moms in Prayer group, our focus on who God is and what God has done gives us all we need to handle every situation we face. 2 Samuel 22:33 reminds us that “It is God who arms me with strength and keeps my way secure.”
