“Lord, help us not to forget that You have answers to everything we need.” Moms in Prayer International Board Member, Jennifer Dill, joins us today to talk through 1 Corinthians 5 and the wisdom found in that chapter. It is a needed reminder to be aware of the sin in our own lives and to encourage others to stand firm in the Lord. Sin is prevalent, but our God is greater!

About our Guest
Jennifer’s introduction to Moms in Prayer came through hearing founder Fern Nichols speak at a local church more than 25 years ago. She then connected with the Moms in Prayer leader at the elementary school conveniently located across the street from her house and joined a group by the time her daughter started kindergarten. Eventually, Jennifer became a Moms in Prayer leader and hosted the group at her home. She consistently prayed for her daughter through college and now continues to pray for her children and grandchildren. Jennifer is also humbled to serve on the Moms in Prayer Board and works as a grant writer for a non-profit organization that helps the unsheltered and others in need.
A Washington DC/Maryland native, Jennifer resides in San Diego with her husband of 32 years and they share one grown daughter together. Jennifer is also blessed to have two grown “bonus” daughters and five grandchildren.

Yes, I so needed Episode 27! Im struggling with a hard season, hardened heart, sadness w my adult girls who don”t seek God that I know of…I have prayed so long…now I’m praying for their children, all 6 of them in a Grandma’s In Prayer group. I feel I’ve lost my faith, not loving as I should, being angry, inpatient, unforgiving at times. I thought I just needed the summer to recharge from my commitments but school will be starting up again in August…and also committments. I’ve been doing my prayer sheets and choosing Attributes of God…and doing my Bible App. that encourage me. I”ve had counseling, it helped but still struggling…
Vicki, Thank you for your comment. I’m glad that you shared your thoughts because I am sure that there are other Christian women feeling the same way. I am so sorry that this is a difficult season for you. I will pray for you tonight: LORD, if Vicki should say, “My foot has slipped,” Your faithfulness, LORD, will support her. When Vicki’s anxious thoughts multiply within her, may Your comfort delight her soul. (From Psalm 94:18-19) In Jesus’ Name, amen. Rest in Your Savior’s love. God bless you Vicki!
